I went to the doctor last week, apparently I have very high blood pressure which is stress related.I have to take my blood pressure everyday now and write it down.Is this suppose to happen at 20? I don't know if I can get back on birth control because that might raise my blood pressure more which could in turn cause me to have a stroke.
